After making a site inspection on 4/17115, I have determined that the activity you propose is exempt from needing a minor ed development permit as long as it remains consistent if you plans should change and 4117/15, and meet the conditions specified below your project will no longer meet these conditions, please contact me before proceeding. STRUCTURAL ACCESSWAY EXEMPTED 1. The accessway must not exceed six feet in width and shall provide only pedestrian access to the ocean beach. 2. The accessway must beconstructed so as to make means that the accessway midgible st be alterations to the frontal dunes.
