CAMA PUBLIC NOTICE
(
Pursuant to NCGS 113A-119(b), Carteret County; a locality
authorized to issue LAMA permits in areas of environmental
concern, hereby gives notice that on February 23, Z012, Stroud
Engineering P.A., agent for William Purcell, applied for a CAMA
Minor Permit to construct a garage addition and anin--ground pool
on his property in the OAW Estuarine Shoreline AEC located at 353
Bay Run Newport, NC.
The application may be inspected at the address below.
Public comments received by March 7, 2012, will beyconsidered up
to the time of permit decision. Project modifications may occur
based on turther review and upon comments. Notice' -of the permit
decision in this matter will be provided upon written request.
