After making a site inspection on February 3, 2012,1 have determined that the activity you propose s exempt from needing a CAMA Minor Development Permit, as long as it remain consistent with your project drawing, submitted on January 14, 2012, and it a o meets the conditions specified below. This investment company, which acquired the property about 18 months ago froin Fla»lde l'endergraph, has not responded.Per CAMA requirements, the remaining party would have to respond within 10 days of receipt, i.e., by February 10, 2012. Please go ahead in processing our building and demolition permits as well as the CAMA exception request (conditional on pending receipt or non -receipt of a response for the remaining neighbor).
