Mr. John Fulcher who owns The Landing RV Park at 212 Styron Creek Road advised his tenants they would need to get a building permit to construct a deck on their RV's. When the tenants came in we, of course, advised them they would need a CAMA permit as they were in the 75' AEC and also the 50-foot Down East Conservation Ordinance applied. Mr. Fulcher came to our office several times advising they did not need a CAMA permit and just because they were within the 50 feet the tenants could still build their decks. Finally Mr. Fulcher came in one last time and advised Fulcher and Stone were putting the CAMA permits on "Hold". Therefore we do not have the finished product. Is there anything else I need to do?
