Street, in Newport, NC, as requested in the permillee's application, dated 04/12/12. This permit, issued on'04127l12, is
subject to compliance with the application and site drawing (where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations
and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these termsmay subject permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void. t
This permit authorizes: Construct single-family dwelling, sidewalks and driveway

(1) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accofdance with the permitted work plat
drawings(s) dated received on 04/13112, 4
(2) All construction must conform to the N.C. Building Code requirements and all other local, State and Federal regulations,
applicable local ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations.

(3) Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use advitles will require a re-evaluation and
modification of this permit.
(4) A copy of this permit shall be posted or available on site. Contact this office at W-393-3204 for a final inspection at
completion of work.

This permit action may be appealed by the permlltee or ocher qualified persons
within twenty (20) days or the Issuing date. From the date of an appeal, any
work conducted under this permit must cease uniil the appeal is resolved. Thls
permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the
project is inspected for eomphanee. Any maintenance work or project
modification nor covered under this permit, require further written permit
approval. All work must cease when this permll expires on:

(5) The amount of impervious surface shall not exceed 25% of the lot area within 575 feet of Normal High Water
(Estuarine Shoreline - ORW Area of Environmental Concem), in this case, 2,600 s are feet Is authorized as per
State Stormwater Management Permit SW8050516.
(6) Unless specifically allowed in 15A NCAC 07H. 0209(d)(10), and shown on the per r Itied plan drawing, all
developmenYconstruction shall be located a distance of 30 feet landward of Normal High Water. No portion of the
roof overhang shall encroach into the 30 ft. buffer.
(7) All unconsolidated material resulting from associated grading and landscaping shalt be retained on site by effective
sedimentation and erosion control measures. Prior to any land -disturbing activities la barrier line of filter cloth must
be Installed between the land disturbing activity and the adjacent marsh or water alas, until such time as the area
has been properly stabilized with a vegetative cover.

(8) All other disturbed areas shall be vegetatively stabilized (planted and mulched) withn 14 days of construction
completion.

CAMA PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to NCGS 113A--119(b), Carteret County, a locality
authorized to issue CAMA permits in areas of environmental
concern, hereby gives notice that on April 13, 2012, Prestige
Land surveying, P.A., agent for Campbell Development, Inc.
applied for a LAMA Minor Permit to construct a single-family
dwelling, driveway and sidewalks on their lot in the ORW
Estuarine Shoreline AEC located at 230 Back Street Newport, NC.
The application may be inspected at the address below.
Public comments received by April 27, 2012, will be considered up
to the time of permit decision. Project modifications may occur
based on further review and upon comments. Notice of the permit
