regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may subject permittee to a
fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void,

(1) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the permitted work plat
drawings(s) dated received on 09107111.
(2) All construction must conform to the KC. Building Code requirements and all other local, Slate and Federal regulations,
applicable local ordinances and FEMA Flood Regulations.
(3) Any change or changes in the plans for development, cons(mclion, or land use activities will require a re-evaluation and
modification of this permit.
(4) A copy of this permit shall be posted or available on site. Contact this office at 2521393-3204 for a final inspection at
completion of work.

This permit action may be appealed by the pemillee or other qualified persons
whhln twenty (20) days of the Issuing date. From the date of an appeal, any
work conducted under this permit must cease until the appeal is resolved- This
pennil must be on the project site and aocessible to the permll Officer when the
project Is inspeded for compliance. Any maintenance work or project
modification not covered under Ihls pennit, require further written permit
approval. All work must cease when this permit expires on:

(5) The amount of impervious surface shall not exceed 2511/6 of the lot area within 676 feet of Normal High Water
(Estuarine Shoreline - ORW Area of Environmental Concern), in this case,14,222.25 square feet is authorized.
(6) Unless specifically allowed in 15A NCAC 07H. 0209(d)(10), and shown on the permitted plan drawing, all
developmentkonstruction shall be located a distance of 30 feet landward of Normal High Water. No portion of the
roof overhang shall encroach Into the 30 ft. buffer.
(7) All unconsolidated material resulting from associated grading and landscaping shall be retained on site by effective
sedimentation and erosion control measures. Prior to any land -disturbing activities, a barrier line of filter cloth must
be installed between the land disturbing activity and the adjacent marsh or water areas, until such Ome as the area
has been properly stabilized with a vegetative cover.
(8) All other disturbed areas shall be vegetatively stabilized (planted and mulched) within 14 days of construction
completion.

CAMA PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to NCGS 113A-119(b), Carteret County, a locality
authorized to issue CAMA permits in areas of environmental
concern, hereby gives notice that on September 7, 2011, Thomas
and Scott Construction LLC, agent for Daniel and Amanda Padgett,
applied for a CAMA Minor Permit to construct a single-family
dwelling on their property in the ORW Estuarine Shoreline AEC
located at 123 Fawn Creek court, Cedar Point, NC.
The application may be inspected at the address below.
Public comments received by September 23, 2011, will be
considered up to the time of permit decision. Project
