11) Dune dls rban shall be allowed only to the extent necessary for development and if the
dune's protective value is not weakened or reduced. Disturbed areas will be Wunediately
stabilized vegetatively. No development shall involve the sigoi$cant relocation, or removal of
primary or ftonw dune sand or vegetation, down.

NOTICE OF FILING OF APPLICATION FOR CAMA MINOR DEVELOPMENT
PERMIT
Pursuant to NCGS 113A•119(b), Pine Knoll She--►s, a locality authorized to issue
CAMA permits in Aran of Environmental Concern, hereby gives notice that on
July 5, 2005, RJP Newport Development, Inc. applied for a CAMA permit to
construct a single family dwelling, walkways, decks and pool at lot 71, Ocean Shores
Subdivision, Salter; Path Road, Pine Knoll Shores, N. C. The application may be
inspected at the ad4ress below. Public comments received by July 18, 2005 will be
considered. Later comments will be accepted and considered up to the time of
permit decision. Project modifications may occur based on further review and
comments. Notice 'of the permit decision in this matter will be provided upon
written request.
