11) Dune disturbances shall be allowed only to the extent necessary for development and if the
dune's protective value is not weakened or reduced. Dkuubed Seas will be immediately
stabilized vegetatively. No development shall involve the sigtufteant relocation or removal of
primary or frontal dune sand or vegetation thereon.
12) This permit may be renewed for one (1) year if requested before the expiration date.
13) The permittee is required to contact the Local Permit Officer shortly before be plans to begin
construction tion to acreage a setback measurement that will be effective for sixty (60) days
barring a VgOr shoreline change. Construction must begin within sixty (60) days of the
determination or the meamnment is void and must be re-established
14) Sand used to strengthen dimes must be brought in from an outside source and must be of the
same nature as the sand in the area in which it is to be placed. No sand is to be removed from
the lot.
1 S) Adding to dunes shall be accomplished in such a manner that the damage to existing
vegetation is minimized. The filled area will be immediately stabilized vegetatively.

to strengthen existing primary or froW dunes if the work would enhanoe the protection to the
proposed developro m activity and the sand is Immediately stabilized vegetatively. This work

PERMIT
Pursuant to NCGS 1 13A-119(b), Pine Knoll Shores, a locality authorized to issue
CAMA permits in ,Areas of Environmental Concern, hereby gives notice that on
July 12, 2005, J & PiReal Estate Enterprises, LLC applied for a CAMA permit to
construct a single family dwelling, walkways, decks and pool, driveway, septic
system and gazebo at 101 Bay Street, Pine Knoll Shores, N. C. The application may
be inspected at the address below. Public comments received by July 25, 2005 will
be considered. Lateir comments will be accepted and considered up to the time of
permit decision. Project modifications may occur based on further review and
comments. Notice of the permit decision in this matter will be provided upon
written request.
