All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the
permitted workplat drawing (s) as originally submitted.
All construction must conform to the North Carolina Building Code requirements and all other
Local, State and Federal regulations.
Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities wil
require a re-evaluation and modification of this permit.
Prior to initiating any land -disturbing activities, a barrier line of filter cloth, staked hay bales, or
burlap must be installed between, the land -disturbing activity and the adjacent marsh or water
areas, until such time as the area has been properly stabilized with a vegetated cover.
Pursuant to 15 NCAC, Subchapter 7J.0406(b), this permit may not be assigned, transferred, sold
or otherwise disposed of to a third -party.
The area proposed for grading within the 30' buffer from the normal high watercontour/normaI
water contour must immediately be vegetativelT stabilized, and must remain in a vegetated state.
No excavation or filling of any wetlands or waters is authorized under this permit.
Property to be graded to allow an water run-off to the inland side of property. No water run-off b
permitted to the waterway.
A copy of this permit shall be available onsite for regulatory inspection.
This permit action may be appeared by the perrnittee or other
qualified person3 within twenty (20) days of the issuing date.
From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this per-
mit m..st cease until the appeal is resolved.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspectod for compliance.
Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered
under this permit requires further written permit approval.
All work must cease when this permit expires on December
31,

I acknowledge that the land owner is aware that the proposed development is planned for an area which may be susceptible to
erosion and/or flooding. I acknowledge that the local permit officer has explained to me the particular hazard problems associ-
ated with this lot. This explanation was accompanied by recommendations concerning stabilization and floodproofing tech-
niques.

CAMA PERMIT NOTICE
Pursuant to NCGS 113A-119(b), Morehead City, a locality authorized to issue CAMA permits in
Areas of Environmental Concern, hereby gives NOTICE that on December 21, 2004, David
Durham applied for a CAMA minor permit to place fill and construct a single family home
within the AEC at 410 North 1 Oth Street, Morehead City, NC.
The application may be reviewed at the Inspections and Planning Office, 706 Arendell Street,
Morehead City, NC, during normal business hours. If you have questions you may phone (252)
726-6848, ext. 38. Public comments received by January 5, 2005 will be considered. Later
comments will be accepted and considered up to the time of permit decision. Project
modifications may occur based on further review and comments. Notice of the permit decision
in this matter will be provided upon written request.
