Pursuant to 15 NCAC, Subchapter 7J.0406(b), this permit may not be assigned, transferred, sold or otherwise disposed of to a third -party. The area proposed for grading within the 30' buffer from the normal high watercontour/normaI water contour must immediately be vegetativelT stabilized, and must remain in a vegetated state. No excavation or filling of any wetlands or waters is authorized under this permit. Property to be graded to allow an water run-off to the inland side of property. This permit action may be appeared by the perrnittee or other qualified person3 within twenty (20) days of the issuing date. Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered under this permit requires further written permit approval.
