We have received the proposal, submitted by your Agent Clyde L. Smith, for
development regulated by the Coastal Area Management Act (CAMA), The activity you
propose is exempt from needing a Minor Development Permit as long as it meets the conditions
specified below. Yf your plans should change and your project will no longer meet these
conditions, please contact me before proceeding.
DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY AND CONDITIONS: According to your agent the
project will involve installation of a freestanding principal use sign on your property at 4320
Arendell Street, Morehead City, NC.
In accordance with N.C,G.S. 113A-103(5) b 5 this project is exempt from a minor permit
with the condition no more than 15 sq' of land disturbance takes place.
