C. 28510 RE: EXEMPTED PROJECT (MINOR) F)L1E NUMBER: 2004-306 Dear Mr. Pawlikowski: We have reviewed the information submitted to this office in your inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for a minor development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act (CAMA). The activity you propose is exempt from needing a minor development permit as long as it meets the conditions specified below. If your plans should change and your project will no longer meet those conditions, please contact me before proceeding. DESCRIPTION OF ACTTVM AND CONDMONS: SINGI.&FAAMYRESIDENCES. (7X .0208) A single-family residence must be located more than forty (40) feet landward of the mean high water mark or normal water level within the Estuarine Shoreline Area of environmental concern. No land disturbing activity may occur within that forty (40) feet buffer zone other than construction of a six (6) feet wide access to the water. Confirmation must be provided that written statements have bccn obtained from adjacent riparian property owners indicating that they have no objections to the proposed work As per the approved plans dated July 8, 2004 you are proposing to construct a single-family residence located at 103 Hickory Court, Pine Knoll Shores, Carteret County, NC, more than 40 feet landward of the mean high water mark. The approved plans indicate an impervious coverage not to exceed. 30% of the Area of Environmental Concern.
