The activity you propose is exempt from needing a minor permit as long as it meets the conditions specified below. If your plans should change and your project will no longer meet those conditions, please contact me before proceeding. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY AND CONDITIONS: According to your application, you propose to remove the existing concrete walk and pour a new concrete slab located approximately 49' landward of the mean high water mark at 215 Pond Dr. No land -disturbing activity may occur within 40' landward of the mean high water mark. Confirmation must be provided that written statements have been obtained from adjacent riparian property owners indicating that they have no objections to the proposed work. The activity you propose is exempt from needing a minor permit as long as it meets the conditions specified below. If your plans should change and your project will no longer meet those conditions, please contact me before proceeding. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY AND CONDITIONS: According to your application, you propose to repair the steps to the existing deck located outside of the 60' setback at 501 W. Boardwalk. Structures may be repaired in a similar manner, size and location as the original structure. No expansions or additions are permissible. The repairs are limited to 50% of the physical value of the existing structure, per calendar year.
