Fences Unlimited, Agent for General Statutes, 'Coastal Area Management."

as requested in the permittoo's application, dated Lurch 31. 2003
This permit, issued on April 11, 2003 is subject to compliance with the application and vita drawing (where consistunt
with the pormit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes cot forth below. Any violation of those tormr. may subioct
pormittco to a fine, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause tho permit to be null and void.
To construct a split rail wood fence at 216 Styron Creek Road, Sea Level,
North Carolina, 20' from NHW of Core Sound in the ARC (area of environmental
concern).
The amount of impervious surface area shall not exceed 30% of the lot area
within the 75' of the AEC (area of environmental concern).
All proposed development and associated construction must be done in
accordance with the permitted workplat drawing as originally submitted on
March 31, 2003.
All construction must conform to the North Carolina Building Code Requirements
and all other local, skate and federal regulations.
Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction or land use
activities will require a re—evaluation and modification of this permit,
Pursuant to 15 N.C.A.C., Subchapter 7J.0406 (b), this permit may not be
assigned, transferred, sold or otherwise disposed of to a third party.
This permit action may be appealed by the pormitteo or other
qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date.
From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this per-
mit m,.st cease until the appeal is resolved.
This permit must bo on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer whon the project is inspoctod for cornplianco.
Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered
under this pormit requires further written permit approval.
All work must coaso when this permit expires on December
31, 2006 In ismuing this permit it is agroad that this project i, consistent
with the local Land Uro Plan and all applicable ordinances.
This, permit may not be trandarred to another party without
the written approval of the Division of Coastal Ma nagemont.
