This permit authorizes the placement of a single 12' x 28' pre -fabricated building on the existing impervious surface, as shown on plans dated June 27, 2002, revised on July 18, 2002. This permit is contingent upon the following conditions: 1) All proposed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the application dated 6/27/02, and work plat drawing dated 6/27/02, revised on 7/18/02. 2) All construction must conform to the North Carolina Building Code requirements and all other Local, State and Federal regulations. 3) Any change or changes in the plans for development, construction, or land use activities will require a re-evaluation and modification of this permit. 4) Pursuant to 15 NCAC, Subchapter 7J.0406(b), this permit may not be assigned, transferred, sold or otherwise disposed of to a third -party by the applicant, agent, or any entity other than the NC Division of Coastal Management. NOTE: The applicant is hereby apprised of the non -conforming status of his development. The property addressed in this application is located in its entirety within the ORW Shoreline AEC, and as such requires authorization from the Division of Coastal Management or entity acting on behalf of the Division for any development. Currently, it is accepted that the property is 92.6% impervious. No additional development shall occur without prior and proper authorization, and must comply with the non -conforming statutes addressed above.
