(where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these
terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void.
This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or
other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing
date. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this
permit must cease until the appeal is resolved.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered
under this permit require further written permit approval.

Permit for 1�1r. Dan K. Smith, Attorney at Iaw, Ports-
mouth, Virginia, to enable him to get a building
permit to construct his beach home.
It will be of general interest to you that the ocean
beach on the lot there has not eroded one bit since
the original survey of January 4, 1983.
I have talked with Mr. J. Edward Harrell,.Town of
Nags Head, and he says the CAIrA and Town setback
from the vegetation line is 90 feet. Mr. Smith plans
to set back 100 feet. He is eager to start building
and we will appreciate your permit in order to proceed
with others as quickly as possible.
I would also appreciate some of your special new CAMA
forms for other applications right away. You may send
them COD if necessary.
