permit must cease until the appeal is resolved.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
Any maintenance work or project, modifications not covered
under this permit require further written permit approval.

CAMA PERMIT NOTICE
Pursuant to NCGS 113A-119(b), the Town of Nags Head, a
locality authorized to issue CAMA permits in areas of
environmental concern, hereby gives notice that on October
9, 1984, Graham T. Jennings, the applicant, proposed to
erect a four -unit cottage court at 10333-10335 Old Oregon
Inlet Road in an an ocean hazard AEC.
Persons desiring to inspect the application, to comment
thereon or to appeal the local decision are directed to
contact the local permit officer at the address below.

14. When materials which are unsuitable for sub -grades, or
roadway purposes, occur within the limits of street con-
struction, the contractor shall be required to excavate
such material below the grade shown on plans and the areas
so excavated shall be backfilled with the improved suitable
materials. The extent of undercutting and backfilling to
be determined by the Town of Nags Head.
15. The contractor shall construct and maintain silt traps
sufficient to prevent soil from being eroded from the site
into any adjacent drainage systems, ditches, or water courses.
16. Proposed buildings are two-story frame on pilings.
17. Proposed first floor elevation 17 M.S.L.
