application, the ownership statement, the AEC hazard
notice where necessary, a check for $25.00 made payable
to the locality, and any information as may be pro-
vided orally by the applicant. The details of the applica-

without reference in any permit which may be issued.
Deviation from these details will constitute a violation
of any permit. Any person developing in an AEC without
a CAMA permit is subject to civil, criminal and admini-
strative action.

date. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this

It has come to my attention that your proposal to construct a
residential structure on the Albemarle Sound in Colington Harbour
does not meet the guidelines of the Colington Harbour Homeowners
Association. You may wish to contact the Homeowners Association
to determine what modifications will bring your proposal in compli-
ance with their guidelines.
Your CAMA Minor permit request has been placed on hold until
I hear from you concerning any modifications you would like to make.
Once this information is received by this office, processing of your
permit will begin promptly.
