CAMA PERMIT NOTICE
Pursuant to NCGS 113A-119(b), the Town of Nags Head, a locality
'authorized to issue CAMA permits in areas of environmental concern,
hereby gives NOTICE that on October 20, 1983, Robert E. Ownley, the
applicant, proposed to erect a twelve (12) unit addition to the
existing Vacationer Motel located on South Virginia Dare Trail at
lots 10, 11, 12, 13 and the northern 15 feet of lot 14, block 4,
Whalebone Beach subdivision, in an ocean hazard AEC.
Persons desiring to inspect the application, to comment thereon or
to appeal the local decision are directed to contact the local
permit officer at the address below.
