Dear Ms Ley:
On November 10, 1983, I inspected the oceanfront property of your
client, Mr. William B. Bush, located at Lot 39 of the Sound Sea Vil-
lage'.iStibdivision adjacent to Ocean Bay Blvd, north of Duck in Dare
County.
Based on this review and site investigation, it has been determined
that.this project will require a CAMA Minor development permit au-
thorization. You should complete the enclosed application form and
submit it to this office with -the following materials:
1. A plat showing all of the proposed stYuctures,-including sep-
tic tank location.
2. A copy of the deed or offer to purchase of the subject property.
3. Copies of letters mailed to the adjacent riparian property own-
ers notifying them of the proposed project.
4. A check written to the Dept. of�Natural Res.' and Com. Development
for $25 to cover the cost of required publication.
Once all these materials are submitted to this office, processing of
your application will begin immediately.
