Dear Mr. Campbell:
In reference to our telephone conversation of Friday., find enclosed
an application for a CAMA Minor Permit. 'lour project will be
exempted from permit requirements if it meets the following
criteria:
1. For private use only
2. Less than 200 feet long
3. Will not extend into water 4 ft. in depth or greater
4. Less than six (6) feet wide
5. No closer than 150 feet from a Federally maintained channel
6. No enclosed structures on the pier
7. No interference with navigation
8. Set back 15' from property line on & off shore
When subbmitting your application please send a check for $25.00.
After a review of your application,, we will -let you know if a
permit will be required. If no permit is requiredp your
check will be returned to you. Feel free to call me if you have
questions concerning this important matter.
