STORMWATER COLLECTION SYSTEMS ARE PROHIBITED UNDER THIS PERMIT, AS THEY ARE ADJACENT TO ALL ORW WATERS. This permit action may be appealed by the permhtes or other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the Issuing date. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this per - MR must cease until the appeal is resolved.
