The activity you propose is exempt from needing a minor development permit providing it complies with the conditions specified below. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY AND CONDITIONS: CONSTRUCT A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE (2,230 SQ. FT.), APPROXIMATELY 60, OFF THE NORMAL WATER LINE OF QUEENS CREEK. Conditions: any change in this proposal shall be re-evaluated by the CAMA Officer. A building permit is required.
