The activity you propose Is exempt from needing a minor development permit as long as it meets the conditions specified below. If your plan should change and your project will no longer meet those conditions,.,please-,contact me.before:proceeding. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITY AND CONDITIONS: To construct a single family structure on an individual lot at Lot 9, Swarms Bluff, Swanshoro,•Swans.boro Township, Onslow County, North Carolina, and - be..exempt from a CAMA permit SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES A single family residence must be located more than 40 feet landward of the mean high water mark or normal water level within the Estuarine Outstanding Resource; Water Shoreline ,Area of Environmental Concern. No land disturbing activity :nay occur within that 40' buffer zone other than construction of a 6' wide access to the water. If the lot in question is in:an eroding area the house must be built the maximum feasible distance back on the lot but not less than 40'.
