All propsed development and associated construction must be done in accordance with the application dated July 28, 2004, work plat drawings dated July 28, 2004, and originally submitted on July 28, 2004. 2. Any change or changes in the plans for development,construction, or land use activities will require a re-eva.luation and modification of this permit. 3. Prior to initiating any land -disturbing activities, adequate sedimentation/ erosion control measures mast be employed to prevent the movement of unconsolidated Materials into the marsb}ion water. These measures must remain in place until such time as the'area is properly stabilized with vegetated cover.
