Dear Mr. Keller:
We have reviewed the information submitted to this office in
your inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an apgTicatson fora
minor development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act. The
proposed project, as submitted, is.in accordance with the Criteria for
Exemption and will not require a minor development permit. However, if
your plans should change you will need to contact this office before
proceeding.
The project and location are.described as follows:
Construction of a 5' x 8' addition to the end of your existing
Ri -a Lot IP20 of.the Sail. Loft Subdivision at the corner of Sloop
Drive and `.Ketch Court on Hog Pen Creek, Oriental - Pamlico County,
N. C.
This certification of exemption from requiring a-CAMA Minor Permit
is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following
expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may
be necessary to renew.this certification.
