Box 591 r )ri ental , NC 28571 Dear Dr. Grunwaldt: The Town of Oriental has reviewed your residentialbuilding proposal submitted by your agent, Charles Rivenbark, at 5310 Bogue Drive and found it to be in compliance with. the Oriental Growth Management Ordinance. Attached are copies of the "Application for Letter of Compliance", a plot drawing and an elevation drawing. Future changes which are not in accordance with the Oriental Growth Management Ordinance could void this permit. Water and sewer is available to lots in the Oriental town limits providing: 1. The property owner (or their agent) submit a construction proposal to the Town to be reviewed for compliance under the Oriental Growth Management Ordinance. If the proposal is found to be in compliance, such as this proposal, a Letter of Compliance is issued. This Letter o•f Compliance is necessary to obtain a Pamlico County Building Permit. 2. A Pamlico County Building Permit must be obtained within one (1) year of the issuance of the Letter of Compliance and construction begun within one (1) year of the issuance of the Pamlico County Building Inspection Permit. If either of these conditions are not met, then the property owner must reapply to the Town. 3. A water tap can be applied for at any time from the Town of Oriental (249-0555). A sewer tap can be obtained from the .Bay River Metropolitan Sewer District Office (745-4812). All taps must.be paid for prior to their installation.
