The pier under construction at your property in Oriental has not
been exempted under-N.C.A.C. 7K. 0203 nor a building permit obtained.
In order to bring this project into compliance, you - or an authorized
agent - are required to complete the enclosed Adjacent Property Owner's
statement, obtain the signatures to qualify for an exemption, and apply
for the building permit within the next ten days.
If you are unable to obtain the required adjacent property owners'
signatures this project will be processed as a C.A.M.A. Violation under
N.C.A.C. 7K. 0201b.
