The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the enclosed Criteria for Exemption and will not not require a minor development permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact this office before proceeding. The proposed project and location is described as follows Construction of a boat lift at the end of your existing dock in Whortonsville, N. C.4off SR1325 between Sunset Shores and Lupton Landing on Brown Creek; Pamlico County. This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is j valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification. Please be advised that a building permit from the Pamlico County Inspections Department is required before construction is begun. If you have any questions regarding this project, please contact us.
