Dear Mr. Stein:
We:have reviewed the information submitted to .this office in
your inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for
a minor•!development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act.
..:,The proposed project,. as submitted, is.in accordance with the "
enclosed.Criteria for Exemption and will not . require a minor,
development permit. However, if your plans should change you will
need to contact this office before proceeding.
The, project and location is described as follows:
Three mooring piles, a narrow walkway and a boatlift at Lot 425
of Osprey Point Subdivision on Remington St. off SR1324 Florence on
Ball Creek; Pamlico County, N.C.
This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is
valid for ninety (90) days from'the date of issuance. Following
expiratsion, a re-examination of the project and project site may be
necessary to renew this certification.
