we have reviewed the information submitted to this office in
your inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for
a minor development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act.
The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the
enclosed Criteria for Exemption and will not not require a minor
development permit. However, if your plans should change you will
need to,contact this office before proceeding.

Construction of an addition to your existing dwelling at 618
windward Drive on Whittaker Greek in the Pamlico County community
of oriental, North Carolina
This certification of exemption from requiring a CARA permit is
valid for ninety (au) -days from the date of issuance. Following
expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site.may be
necessary to renew this certification.
Please be advised that a building permit from the Pamlico County
-inspections Department is require,' before construction is begun.

The Town of Oriental has reviewed your building proposal to
add a sunroom to your existing residence at 618 Windward Drive and
found it to be in compliance with the Oriental Growth Management
Ordinance. Attached are copies of the "Application for Letter of
Compliance", a plot drawing and an elevation drawing. Future
changes which are not in accordance with the Oriental Growth
Management Ordinance could void this permit.
