RE: a Site inspection: 9/14/95 Dear Mr. Scharr: We have reviewed the information submitted to this office in your inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for a minor development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act. The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the enclosed Criteria for Exemption and will not require a minor development permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact this office before proceeding. The proposed project and location is described as follows: Construction of a-wal Y (approximately 5' x 801) from the dwelling to the pier .at"your property in the Sea Vista Subdivision of Oriental on 618 Windward Drive, Block D on Whittaker Creek in Pamlico County, N. C. This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA Permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification.
