The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the enclosed Criteria for Exemption and will not not,require a minor development permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact this office before proceeding. The proposed project and location is described as follows: Alterations, to a single family residential dwelling - enclosing an existing screen porch- on Lot #61 of the SailLoft Subdivision on Pram.Lane and Greens Creek near the Pamlico County Community of Oriental Nor th Carolina. This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification. Please be advised that a building permit from the Pamlico County Inspections Department is required before construction is begun. If you have any questions regarding this project, please contact us.
