beginning construction.
This permit authorizes only,the activity specifically mentioned on
the application and site drawing originally submitted for'this
project.
Any further.land disturbing activity may require additional permits
prior to beginning the activity.
6. Pgrmittee must notify the L.P.O. upon completion of the project to
allow for inspection for compliance of the applicable Code regul-
ations, etc. _
This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or
other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing
date. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this
permit must cease until the appeal is resolved.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered
under this permit require further written permit approval.
