Dear Mr. Freiberger:
we have reviewed the 'information submitted to this office by
Fran Law.concerning the necessity of filing an application for a minor
development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act. The proposed
project, as submitted, is in accordance with the enclosed Criteria for
Exemption and will not require a minor development permit. However, if
your plans should change you will need to contact this office before
proceeding.
The proposed project and location is described as follows:

in the Paradise`Shores Subdivision at the end of SR1328 on the
corner of Drag Line Bay and Broad Creek; near Whortonsville, N.C.
Pamlico County.
This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA Permit
is valid for ninety.(90) days from the date of issuance. Following
expiration, a re-examination of'the project and project. site may be
necessary to renew this certification.
