The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the enclosed Criteria for Exemption and will not not require a minor development permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact this office before proceeding. n ,The project and location is described as follows: Proposed construction of a 16' x 24' "T" addition and repairs to an existingipier at your property of Lot #3 Broad View Subdivision on Lower Broad Creek near the Pamlico County Community of Pamlico, N. C. This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification.
