Dear Mr. Marsh:
We have reviewed the information submitted to this office in
the inquiryconcerning the necessity of filing an application for a
minor development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act. The
proposed project, as.submitted, is in accordance with the Criteria for
Exemption and will not require a minor development permit. 'However, if
your plans should change you will need to contact this office before
proceeding.::
The proposed project and location are described as follows:
A proposed drive on Lot 02 of Old Lupton Landing, Phase II
within 751. of the A.E.C. of a gut in Browns Creek off SR1325 in
Whortonsville, N. C. - Pamlico County.
This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA Permit
is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following
expiration,'a re-examination of the project and project site may
be necessary to renew this certification.
