The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the enclosed Criteria for Exemption and will not not require a minor development permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact this office before proceeding. The proposed project and location is described as follows: A 20' x 24' boat storage building to be built approximately sixty feet from Pittman Creek on your lot on Rich Street in the Silverwood Subdivision of Whortonsville, N. C.7Pamlico County. This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification. Please be advised that a building permit from the Pamlico County ' Inspections Department is required before construction is begun.
