C. 28586 RE: EPN #2O55 Site inspection: 9/26/95 Dear Mr. James: We have reviewed the information submitted to this office in the inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for a minor development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act. The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the Criteria for Exemption and will not require a minor development permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact this office before proceeding. The proposed project and location is described as follows: Placement of a boat lift and repairs to an existing pier at your property in Minnesott off SR1123 on Country Club Road and the Neuse River; Pamlico County, N. C. This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA Permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification.
