The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the enclosed Criteria for Exemption and will not not require a minor development permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact this office before proceeding. The proposed project and location is described as follows: Construction of a 4' x 175' walkway joining a 4' x 60, pier with an 8' x 24' "L" end. The project location is at Lot #6 of the Mason Bay Subdivision in Florence, North Carolina: Pamlico County. This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification. Call us for the required inspections during construction of the pier.
