The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the Criteria for Exemption and will not require a minor development permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact this office before proceeding. Morrison, Jr. River - shore Development off SR1366 on the Neuse River near Oriental, N. C.; Pamlico County. This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA Minor Permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expiration, a re-examination of.the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification.
