Dear Mr. Hooten:
We have reviewed the information submitted to this office in
your inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for a
minor development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act. The
proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the Criteria for
Exemption and will not require a minor development permit. However, if
your plans should change you will need to contact this office before
proceeding.
The project and location are described as follows:
Construction of a s le fatiil5,-residential7dweiling including
a garage, porch and deck at Lot #10 of�ttie`R: H. Morrison, Jr. River -
shore Development off SR1366 on the Neuse River near Oriental, N. C.;
Pamlico County.
This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA Minor Permit
is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following
expiration, a re-examination of.the project and project site may
be necessary to renew this certification.
