Dear Mr. Holmes:
We have reviewed the information submitted to this office.in
the inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for a
minor development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act. The
proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the Criteria for
Exemption and will not require a minor development permit. However, if
your plans should change you will need to contact this office before
proceeding.
The proposed project and location is described as follows:
Construction of a 6' x rU2-1--walkway ith�an-a—I x-IO'--"T"-ending
at the shoreline of your property onPierce Creek - 615 Bent Tree
Rd. -(Lot 09 of Bent Tree Subdivision) near the Pamlico.County Community
of Oriental, N. C.
This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA Permit is
valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following
expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may
be necessary to renew this certification.
