Permittee must take all necessary precautions to prevent any sedimentation or foreign debris from entering any ditches, guts, creeks, streams or bays. 2. Permittee must provide adequate ground cover within 30 days of com— pletion of the project to prevent any erosion. 3. Permittee must obtain all necessary building permits prior to beginning construction. 4. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this permit must cease until the appeal is resolved. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered under this permit require further written permit approval. All work must cease when this permit expires on 12/31/95 In issuing this permit it is agreed that this project is consis- tent with the local Land Use Plan and all applicable ordinances.
