Dear Mr. Harrell:.
We have reviewed the information submitted to this office in
your inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for
a minor development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act.
The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the
enclosed Criteria for Exemption and will not not require a minor
development permit. However, if your plans should change you will
need -to contact this office.before proceeding.
The project and location is described as follows:
Rebuilding a 5' x 44' pier including a 6' x 12' "L" at your
property off SR1302 near Dawson Creek bridge; Pamlico County,
North Carolina. -
This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is
valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following
expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be
necessary to renew this certification.
