Yermittee must take all necessary precautions to prevent any sedimentation or foreign debris from entering any ditches, guts, creeks, streams or bays. 2. Yermittee must provide adequate ground cover within 30 days of com- pletion of the project to prevent any, erosion. 3. Yei-mittee must obtain all necessary building permits prior to beginning construction. 4. This permit authorizes only the activity specifically mentioned on the application and site drawing originally submitted for this project. �.
