The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the enclosed Criteria for Exemption and will not not require a minor development permit. However, if your plans should change you will need -to contact this office before proceeding. The project and location is described as follows: . A boat lift to an existing pier off Jones Rd. in Vandemere on Smith Creek; Pamlico County, N. C. This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is valid for ninety.(90) days from the date of issuance.
