Dear Mr. Harvey:
We have reviewed the information submitted to this office.in
your inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for
a minor development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act.
The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the
enclosed Criteria for Exemption and will not not require a minor
development permit. However, if your plans should change you will
need to contact this office before proceeding.
The project and location is described as follows:
Move walkway and add a boat lift to an existing pier at 696
Dawson Creek Hills Drive near Arapahoe on Dawson Creek in Pamlico
County, N. C.
This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is
valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following
expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be
necessary to renew this certification.
