Dear Mr. Barnes:
'We have reviewed the information submitted to this office in
the inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for a
minor development permit under the Coastal Area Management Act. The
proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with .the Criteria for
Exemption and will not require a minor development permit. However, if
your plans should change you will need to contact this office before
proceeding.
The proposed project and location is described as follows:
Rebuilding a 11�x7a " _tQ -an-existing pi¢ at 1200 Lupton
Drive in the Pamlico County Community of Oriental, N. C. on Tarpon
Creek.
This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA Permit is
valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following
expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may
be necessary to renew this certification.
