The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the enclosed Criteria for Exemption and will not not require a minor development permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact this office before proceeding. The proposed project and location is described as follows: Construction of a single-family residential dwelling on Lot 078 Sound View Beach Subdivision on Buxton Creek off SR1328 in Whortons- villle, N. C. - Pamlico County. This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA penziit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to renew this certification. Call us for the required inspections during construction of the dwelling.
