We have reviewed the information submitted to this office in
your inquiry concerning the necessity of filing an application for
a minordevelopment permit under the Coastal Area Management Act.
The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the
enclosed Criteria for Exemption and will not not require a minor
development permit. However, if your plans should change you will
need to contact this office before proceeding.
The proposed project and location is described as follows:
Construction of a single-family residential dwelling on Lot 078
Sound View Beach Subdivision on Buxton Creek off SR1328 in Whortons-
villle, N. C. - Pamlico County.
This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA penziit is
valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Following
expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be
necessary to renew this certification.
Call us for the required inspections during construction of the
dwelling. Also, any further proposed construction or land disturbance
within the ,7$'.,AECkrequires. CAMAApermitting�before proceeding.
