Dear Mr. Van Audenhove:
During an inspection for your dwelling C.O. today, I found that
a walkway from the dwelling to the pier had been constructed. Our
records indicate that you did not obtain a CAMA Minor Exemption nor
a building permit prior to construction. In order to bring this
project into compliance, you are required to complete the enclosed
CAMA Adjacent Property Owners' statement, obtain the signatures to
qualify for an exemption and apply for your building permit within the
next ten days'.
If you are unable to obtain the required adjacent property owners'
signatures this project will be processed as a CANA Violation under
NCAC 7K. 0201b.
