The proposed project, as submitted, is in accordance with the. Criteria for Exemption and will not require a minor development permit. However, if your plans should change you will need to contact this office before proceeding. The project and location are described as follows: Construction of a 48" x 123' w�jElkom your new dwelling to your existing pier at 300 Quail Road in Bay View Estates on Ball Creek in Florence, N. C. - Pamlico County. This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA Minor Permit is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance.
